Individual coaching offers a highly personalized experience with faster progress, while group coaching provides a supportive community and the opportunity to learn from others. Both approaches have unique benefits that can significantly contribute to your growth and development.

How do I sign up for group coaching sessions and what does it cost?

You may sign up for group coaching sessions via the Sign Up button above and also on the Contact page. The cost for group coaching is $200 per person. We understand that it is important to make group coaching cost-effective and more affordable to ensure that more individuals can access the benefits of coaching without financial barriers.

We know that you are busy with work and personal commitments which is why we offer lunch time and evening coaching sessions.

When you sign up, you should select the session topic you want and the time you prefer.

How are group coaching sessions structured?

For each group coaching type, there are 4 weeks that cover a new topic(s) each week. You may sign up for one topic or multiple topics depending on your availability and interest. Each group coaching session is 60 minutes. Once you are registered for the group, you will receive a welcome email with additional details about the group, including the coaching consent form in order to participate in the session(s) as well as the session link.

There is a workbook that guides you through the various topics that will be referenced during the group sessions. The workbooks are available on the Store page at no additional cost. What is your cancellation policy?

It is important to gain the benefits of participating in the group sessions. We understand that there are unexpected circumstances that may occur which make you unable to attend the group session that you registered for. There is no refund for the group session, but you will receive an email with useful information on the session you missed. Please feel free to be in touch if you have any questions. Hello! With over 19 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I'm committed to providing top-tier mental health care, coaching, and training services. My focus is on guiding individuals towards wellness, improving executive functioning, and setting and achieving meaningful goals. Having worked extensively with diverse and multicultural populations, I bring an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to our coaching sessions. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and together, we'll identify the challenges you're facing and develop coping skills and mindfulness techniques to enhance your daily life. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I offer services in both languages. Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying the outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, or exploring new destinations.
