Stress reduction by breaking down the parts 

Do you find yourself thinking I need to get everything done? You may be experiencing overwhelming feelings and time stress. Your feelings of this heightened stress level may make you want to procrastinate, do something fun instead or just shut down. How can you move from a cloudy feeling to clearer skies? You will need more clarity into what exactly is your everything.  

You may be struggling at work, at home or at school. To be able to focus and break down your everything thought, start with a few breaths, drink some water, listen to music or go for a short walk. Once you feel more relaxed and less stressed, you will be able to problem solve.

  • Plug your top to dos into a schedule 

  • Once you accomplish a task, check it off or cross it out 

  • Feel proud of your accomplishments
